Project “Promoting Digital Rights and Enhancing Digital Literacy across 5 Municipalities – DREDL”
The Studies and Development Center SDC has successfully carried out a series of kick-off meetings with representatives and relevant staff members of the municipalities of Shkodër, Durrës, Elbasan, Vlorë, and Korçë.
These meetings served to introduce the project’s objectives, planned activities, expected results, and implementation approach, while also establishing the basis for effective coordination and cooperation with the respective local authorities.
In addition, the Studies and Development Center has formally signed “Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)” with the above-mentioned municipalities, establishing a framework for institutional cooperation and facilitating the effective implementation and delivery of the project activities at the local level.
