City Digital Forum – Accountability and Transparency in Digital Public Services: What Are We Learning from Five Municipalities?

The first City Digital Forum, organised under the Promoting Digital Rights and Enhancing Digital Literacy across 5 Municipalities (DREDL) project, brought together representatives from Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër, Korçë and Elbasan, alongside civil society and academia, to discuss what is working, what challenges remain, and how digital public services can be improved.

From improving information on digital services and clarifying institutional responsibilities to strengthening citizen assistance and encouraging greater participation in public consultations.
